How long will it take for an order to arrive?

Order Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM (Central Standard Time)  Monday to Friday

Arrival Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. However, orders placed on weekends (Saturday, Sunday) will be processed the following Monday. Please note this.

Transit Time

Estimated delivery time is approximately 7 to 15 business days. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays may impact delivery schedules. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is $6.99 for all orders.

Delivery Areas

Currently, we ship to all locations within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping. We are working to expand our services to more areas and will update information accordingly.

Shipping Methods

We use a variety of carriers including UPS, DHL and FedEx depending on the size of the package, to ensure your package arrives quickly and safely.

Tracking Information

Upon delivery, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Track the delivery status of your order by visiting the carrier’s website.

Delivery

All deliveries require a signature. If no one is available, the carrier may leave a message with instructions for redelivery or collection at a local facility.

Damaged or Lost Packages

For damaged or lost packages, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Returned Packages

In the event of a return due to an incorrect address or non-delivery, we will contact you to discuss resend options. Additional shipping charges may apply.
