Returns and exchanges
Can I exchange my item for a different size, color, or simply get my money back?
Of course. We offer returns or exchanges within the first 30 days of purchase.
Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.
Shipping: Shipping costs (original and return) are the responsibility of the customer. If it is our fault, we will cover the costs for you.

If your return is approved, we will email you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Cancellations: Please contact us via email at [email protected], as long as your order has not been shipped, you will not be charged.
We can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order before processing begins.
Refunds
You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your product. After this time, we will not accept refund requests.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether the return has been approved or rejected based on the item’s condition.
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method (PayPal or Payoneer).
- Partial Refunds: In cases where the returned item is not in its original condition, missing parts, or damaged, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
- Non-refundable Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be refunded.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first and then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is posted. Officially posted.
Next, contact your bank as it can sometimes take some time to process before a refund is sent.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
